Ayesha Gulalai says I am not an average Pakistani girl
ISLAMABAD: Ayesha Gulalai said on Monday that she was going nowhere but staying in the party, slamming chairman Imran Khan and his group.

Ayesha Gulalai disclosed that she had never been involved in activities that the average Pakistani girl undertook such as applying Mehndi on Eid or shopping for bangles.

"My mother does all my shopping for me," she said. "We never used to go to weddings since our father told us to study or exercise instead of attending events," she added.

Gulalai revealed that in order to relax and ward off stress, she played squash and exercised.

Ayesha Gulalai said that she did not favour anyone in politics since it had turned murky in Pakistan.

"Politics is nowadays dominated with bad language," she said. "Imran Niazi was the one who introduced the politics of abuses in Pakistan," she added.

Ayesha Gulalai said that Imran Khan had deviated from his ideology while his party workers were still sincere. She blamed Imran Khan and his 'group of feudal lords and businessmen' who were in control of the party.

Regarding PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Gulalai did not have any harsh words to say but wished him best of luck.

"Bilawal is the son of Benazir Bhutto and is not stained with corruption," she said. "I would like to wish him well for the future," she added.
