LAHORE – Pakistan and Malaysia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to partially abolish visa requirements between the two countries following Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit.
Foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Malaysian Home Minister Tan Sri Dato Haji Muhyiddin signed the MoU on Partial Abolition of visa requirement, in the presence of PM Imran Khan and Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad. [image: Embedded video] link

However, the agreement only abolished the visa requirement for diplomatic and official passport holders, according to Malaysian media.
Normal Pakistani passport holders still need a visa to visit Malaysia, the visa can be obtained by two methods – Sticker Visa for Malaysian Embassy in Pakistan or E-visa.
