Corps Commander Karachi meets CM Sindh to discuss ongoing operations in Sindh

ISLAMABAD: Karachi Corps Commander Lieutenant General Naveed Mukhtar met with Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah at CM house. Security matters of Karachi were discussed between them. As per details, issues related to law and order situation, National Action Plan and ongoing targeted operation were also discussed in the meeting. CM Sindh expressed his sorrow over the target killing of four Rangers men. As per CM house spokesperson, Qiam Ali Shah said targeted operation will continue until the last terrorist in the Karachi. He condemned the attacks on Rangers and said such cowardly attacks cannot discourage the forces. Forces will continue the operation to eradicate the terrorism. CM also telephoned Rangers DG Bilal and expressed his grief and showed his sympathies with the deceased relatives and parents. Compensation of Rs. 2 million will be given to the each family of deceased Rangers men. Shah added.
