PM takes notice of murder of minor girl in Islamabad

The Interior Ministry has submitted the preliminary inquiry report on brutal murder of 10-year old minor girl, Farishta, to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to the inquiry report, the father of murdered minor girl informed police of his daughter's disappearance on 15th may but the police lodged F.I.R. With a delay of four days on 19th may.
The inquiry report held responsible to S,H,O, Shahzad town police station and relevant officials for delay in filing F.I.R.
The Prime Minister issued directives in the light of inquiry report and ordered to suspend S.H.O. Shahzad town police station and lodge an F.I.R. And departmental inquiry against him.
He also directed to immediately suspend the D.S.P. Circle and make S.P. Omer Khan O.S.D. Till the completion of judicial inquiry.
The Prime Minister also directed to keep him informed on daily basis about progress in the case.
