PIA approved new strict policy for cabin crew

*KARACHI: The Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has approved a new policy for ground jobs of cabin crew.*
PIA Chief Executive Officer Air Marshal Arshad Malik has given approval for the new policy. The policy would be applicable for permanent and contractual employees, read the notification issued in this regard.
Application could only be submitted for ground service on completion of 10 years of service.
The airline management would itself decide to appoint cabin crew in any department.
Following approval of the management for ground job, the employee would not be allowed for flight service.
“Employees will be bound to perform the duty and shift assigned to them on ground service,” said the notification.
