VIDEO: PAF Chief leads the fly past formation on Pakistan Day Parade

ISLAMABAD – Newly appointed Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, led the formations of PAF fly-past aircraft during the Pakistan Day military parade.
The Air Chief, who assumed his charge of the PAF boss on 19th March 2018, is well-known for his passion for flying.
Upholding the tradition of his predecessors, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan flew over the venue in an F-16 Block 52 aircraft performing a spectacular vertical roll over the parade arena.
While crossing the dais, the Air Chief using the radio communication from the aircraft saluted the resilience of Pakistani nation in his words “Presenting my salute to the great Pakistani nation, Pakistan Zindabad”.
The cheering audience watched and lavished praise on the PAF official as he disappeared in the sky.
The nation is celebrating 78th Pakistan Day today with renewed commitment to work hard for the progress and prosperity of the country.
The day dawned with 31-gun salutes in the federal capital and 21 gun salutes in the provincial capitals, followed by a joint parade of all three armed forces – Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force at Shakarparian Parade Avenue in Islamabad in the morning.
Pakistan Day is celebrated to mark the Lahore Resolution on March 23 each year. The Lahore Resolution, also known as Pakistan Resolution, passed on March 23, 1940, is considered a major milestone in the Muslim struggle for an independent state. WATCH VIDEO: link
