In Syria , twenty people were killed including sixteen children in an air strike near a school in northwestern province of Idlib.
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the strike hit near a checkpoint held by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham , a jihadist group.
Rami Abdel Rahman, the head of the Britain-based monitor said it is not clear whether the air strike was carried out by the Syrian regime or its Russian ally.
Meanwhile in an evacuation deal, Syrian rebels and their families were expected to leave a besieged town in the eastern Ghouta suburbs of Damascus.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group said some 4,000 people departed the besieged town of Douma in the last 24 hours. APP/AFP
