Every possible measure to be taken to stabilize wheat price: CM Punjab

ISLAMABAD-Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that Punjab Government has surplus wheat stocks in store and every possible measure will be taken to stabilize wheat prices in market.
He was chairing a meeting in Lahore today (Tuesday) to review measures for stabilizing prices of wheat and atta prices in province.
Chief Minister said that decision to bring stability in atta price will be taken after taking into account every possible option.
He said that record wheat has been procured during current season. He directed to take all measures to keep prices of wheat and atta within reach of a common man.
It was decided during meeting to release wheat to flour mills and approve fixation of final price. It was also decided that wheat will be provided to flour mills at fixed price after approval by provincial Cabinet.
