COAS meets Czech civil, military leadership

RAWALPINDI: (APP) Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Wednesday paid a day-long visit to Czech Republic and met with the civil and military leadership in Prague.
On arrival the COAS was presented guard of honour, Director General ISPR Lt. Gen Asim Bajwa in a Tweet message stated.
COAS met separately with Czech Chief of General Staff and Deputy Defence Minister.
Issues of mutual interest, military to military, and defence cooperation were discussed.
Czech Republic expressed special interest in training of officers by Pakistan Army.
