ISLAMABAD-United States' Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation, Zalmay Khalilzad has urged all sides to contain violence, protect civilians and show necessary restraint as start of intra-Afghan negotiations is so close.
In a tweet, Zalmay said Afghan people want an immediate start of peace negotiations and a settlement that is in their best interest.
