Indian Army soldier killed in Pakistan Military retaliatory fire at LoC
Rajouri: An Indian Army jawan was killed on Monday after Pakistan Army retaliated to Indian ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Sundarbani area of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.
Indian Army resorted to unprovoked firing with small arms and mortar shells at around 6:30 am, which was followed by Pakistani troops responding strongly.
Rifleman Mohammad Atif Shafi Alam Khan Pathan got critically injured while defending his post. He was airlifted to the Army hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
