Federal government issues fresh instructions regarding trial of Nawaz Sharif

*ISLAMABAD - The trial of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the two remaining NAB references will now be held in an open court after the Ministry of Law and Justice withdrew its notification issued on July 13.*
On July 13, the ministry had issued a notification in which it said the cases against Nawaz would be heard at the Adiala jail.
The former PM and his daughter Maryam are currently imprisoned at the Adiala jail after an accountability court sentenced them to jail for 10 and seven years respectively in Avenfield properties case on July 6.
