Indian troops martyr woman in IOK

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism in Indian occupied Kashmir martyred a woman in Shopian district, on Thursday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Taja Begum was killed in the firing of Indian troops during a siege and search operation in Mulu Chitragam area of the district in the wee hours.
A medical officer told media persons that the woman sustained bullet injuries adding that she had died before they could give her medical aid.
Three Indian soldiers including an officer were killed and six others were critically injured in an attack in the same area.
The killing of the woman triggered massive anti-India demonstrations in the area. The protests continued till reports last came in.
