Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to enhance pressure on the government to hold general elections early in the country.
A decision to this effect was taken in the consultation meeting of the party leaders while PTI link Chairman Imran Khan was in the chair.
According to sources, the party leaders discussed the current political situation, the party’s future strategy, and other issues extensively with the former prime minister Imran Khan.
It was decided in the meeting that Imran Khan will hold rallies as per schedule.
The party members vowed that they did not accept any kind of pressure link.
The strategy of Imran Khan's public contact campaign has also been decided in the meeting. On the occasion, Imran Khan was briefed about the preparations of the by-elections.
Imran said that the world knows that the Pakistani nation is with Imran Khan. “I will remain impervious to any pressure link and will continue his efforts to improve the system of the country, he added.
