Indian man rapes 12 years old daughter for 15 month in Mumbai

NEW DELHI – Indian Police have arrested a man, who has been raped his 12-year-old daughter for 15 months when his wife was away from home, in Mumbai.The accused, who works as attendant in Central Railway, also threatened her not to tell anyone about it.
According to police, accused used to rape her daughter when his wife was not present at home.
A day, when her father was out of town, the victim told all the cruelty to her mother, who subsequently lodged a police complaint. Later, the police taking action arrested the accused.
A case was registered under section 376 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Protecting of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act, 2012.
