Massive thanks giving rally held in FATA

PESHAWAR- A thanksgiving rally was held in Bajaur Agency in connection with the approval of the legislation to extend jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and Peshawar High Court to FATA by the federal government.
A large number people attended the rally held in Pashat area of Salarzai tehsil.
Speakers addressing the rally appreciated the federal government for approving the FATA reforms and termed the approval of the legislation a historic step towards provision of basic rights to the people of tribal areas.
The speakers said that approval of the legislation would not only help the tribesmen get speedy justice, but also improve the socio-economic situation of the tribal areas.
They said that approval of the Fata reforms bill has proved that the federal government is committed to fulfill its commitment to bring positive changes in the tribal areas.
