Blast at election center in Afghan capital kills 57

KABUL:In Afghanistan, at least sixty three people were killed and more than hundred others wounded in two separate bomb explosions in Kabul and Baghlan province on Sunday. 

Local authorities said at least fifty seven people were killed and one hundred and twelve others wounded in a suicide bomb blast at the entrance gate of a voter registration centre in Kabul.

Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman, Najib Danish, said all the victims are civilians that also include women and children.

Daesh has claimed responsibility for the Kabul attack.

In another incident in Baghlan province, six people, including three women and two children, were killed and five others wounded in a roadside bomb explosion at Pul-e-Khumri city.
