KARACHI: While giving final warning to corrupt elements in judiciary, Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Sajjad Ali Shah said that corrupt officers of judiciary should mend their ways or be ready to face the music.

While addressing a dinner party in honor of judicial staff here at Friday at Sindh HC Lawn, he said that corruption would not be tolerated at any cost and corrupt officers would be taken to their logical end.

20 judicial officers have been expelled this year over the corruption charges while inquiry is underway against further 20 judicial officers over allegation of corruption.

Justice Sajjad added that over 150 judges have been recruited first ever in the history of province to ensure the transparency in judicial system.

Judicial service has become the best service of province and now we should not make excuse of lack of resources and make all possible efforts to provide cheap and speedy justice.
