MOSCOW - Rocket launchers capable of firing 24 missiles before reloading and mine-clearing vehicles were showcased during a huge military drill in Moscow on Friday.
The exercise, aimed at countering the threat of international terrorism, involved the armies of Russia, India, Pakistan and China and is spread around 17 locations, The Mirror has reported.
The video, released by the Zvezda TV channel which is funded by the Russian government, shows several Solntsepyok (Blazing Sun) self-propelled multiple rocket launchers positioning themselves along the road.
The launchers fire off and clouds of grey smoke covers the target area.
Each vehicle can fire up to 24 missiles before reloading.
