Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas installed as new Colonel Commandant of Baloch Regiment

ABBOTTABAD – Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas was installed as new Colonel Commandant Baloch Regiment.

According to a press release issued by the ISPR, the Colonel Commandant installation ceremony was held at Baloch Regiment Centre Abbotabad on Tuesday.

Talking to serving and retired officers / soldiers of Baloch regiment, the COAS appreciated performance and contributions of the Baloch Regiment during peace, war as well as during internal security operations.

On October 18, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Karachi.

During the visit, COAS addressed garrison officers, attended closing ceremony of Physical Agility and Combat Efficiency System (PACES) Championship and witnessed training exercise of mechanised formation.
