6 Indian soldiers killed at LoC by Pak Army retaliatory fire: ISPR

RAWALPINDI (APP): At least four civilians including a woman embraced shahdat and ten others sustained injuries along the Line of Control (LoC) following unprovoked firing by the Indian troops on Monday while six Indian soldiers were killed following retaliatory fire by the Pakistani troops across the LoC.

Pakistan Army targets Indian Posts on LoC

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), those who embraced martyrdom were identified as Nazia Kausar wife of M.Rasheed resident of village Gai Mathrani at Karela sector, Irfan son of Lal Muhammad village Jabbar Dheri at Jandrot sector, Atique son of Manzoor and Taswar son of Shabbir both residents of village Baroh at Baroh Sector.

The reports from across the LoC revealed that the Indian troops suffered heavy losses due to retaliatory fire by Pakistani troops.

Six soldiers have been confirmed killed till now.
