As per details garnered, pressure kick was found by The Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDC), Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), ENI and ExxonMobil have during drilling of the first exploratory well Kekra-1 in offshore Indus in G-Block.
The drilling was started in January-2018 by Italian oil-giant ENI in collaborations with OGDC and PPL. Initially, USD 70 million were earmarked for this project.
