Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad to be conferred with Pakistan’s highest civilian award

*ISLAMABAD: Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir Muhammad will be conferred with Pakistan’s highest civilian award Nishan-e-Pakistan on Friday at the President House.*
In a special ceremony today, President Arif Alvi will honor the Malaysian premier with the award.
Earlier today, Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad was presented a guard of honour at the Prime Minister House.
Following the ceremony, Pakistan and Malaysia signed five memorandums of understanding in various sectors.
In his informal talk with the reporters Finance Minister Asad Umar said that Malaysia has expressed interest in buying meat and rice from Pakistan.
The Malaysian delegation also showed their interest in buying Pakistani made JF-17 Thunder fighter jets.
