ISLAMABAD-Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz says India under Modi's leadership has become a rogue state.
In a tweet, he said in order to divert attention of its people from worst economic and political problems, Indian government is indulging in adventurism and destabilizing the region.
