In Syria, Turkey and Russia will deploy personnel in northern Idlib region as part of a de-escalation agreement.

In a TV interview, Turkish Presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said de-escalation zones, agreed by Turkey, Russia and Iran, would be further discussed during talks in the Kazakh capital Astana next month.

He said Turkish personnel will be present in Idlib region with the Russians while Russia and Iran will have presence around Damascus.
