PAD implements PM's Agri Emergency Program to increase rice production July 22, 2020

ISLAMAABAD-The Punjab Agriculture Department is implementing the five-year Prime Minister's Agricultural Emergency Program to increase rice production in the province.
The Departmental spokesperson Najaf Abbas said that six billion three hundred sixty million rupees has been allocated to achieve the targets for the fiscal year of 2020-21.
He said that fifty percent subsidy is also being provided to farmers on nursery rising, machines, rotary planter, and direct seeding rice drill and power sprayer.
