Construction of Layyah-Taunsa Bridge on Indus River in full swing

Construction work on Layya Taunsa Bridge on Indus River is in progress at a cost of ten billion rupees.
According to a spokesman of District administration Dera Ghazi Khan, a four lane road is also being constructed on the bridge.
He said, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Taunsa Sharif is being upgraded by providing additional the ninety beds and other latest medical facilities including a Trauma Centre.
He said, the work for up gradation of Rural Health Centers in different areas is also being carried out rapidly.
