Kamran Akmal makes history in the Pakistan Super League

*KARACHI – **Kamran Akmal makes history in the Pakistan Super League as he has become the only batsman to score three centuries in the tournament.*

*Peshawar Zalmi defeated Quetta Gladiators by six wickets in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 5 at National Stadium, Karachi on Saturday, thanks to a century by Kamran Akmal.*

Peshawar Zalmi achieved the 149-run target for the loss of four wickets in 18.3 overs. Kamran Akmal smashed 101 with the help of 13 fours and four 6s. Haider Ali hit 25 aided by two 4s and one six.

Fawad Ahmed got two wickets, while Sohail Khan and TS Mills shared one wicket each.

Batting first, Quetta Gladiators scored 148 runs for the loss of five wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. JJ Roy hit 73 off 57 balls with the help of six 4s. Sarfarz Ahmed contributed 41 off 25 balls. Ahmed Shahzad (12) was the main scorer.
