KARACHI - In a positive development, US dollar to fall below Rs 150 mark against Pakistani Rupee, hints international agency.

The value of the rupee is likely to rise by four per cent, according to Credit Suisse.

According to Credit Suisse, inflation has increased in Pakistan but interest rate is unlikely to rise. The State Bank is waiting for inflation to decline, as soon as the situation improves some interest rates will be reduced.

According to the Credit Suisse report, a 4% increase in the value of the rupee has been recorded while in the IMF program and now the value of the rupee is stable, the value of the rupee may increase by another 4%.

The report further said that in the short-term, the stock market will trade in a limited range while the market index is likely to rise in the long run.
