PM Imran, Iranian President discuss bilateral ties

Prime Minister Imran Khan and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani held talks at presidential palace in Tehran on Monday and discussed entire spectrum of bilateral relations, regional issues.

They also discussed ways and means to further bolster their relations in diverse fields.

Earlier on arrival at Sa'dabad Palace, a formal welcome ceremony was held in honor of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

National Anthems of both the countries were played on the occasion.

Prime Minister will also hold meeting with Iranian Supreme leader Seyed Ali Khamenei.

He will also meet Pakistani and Iranian business community during this visit.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari, Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi, Adviser on Commerce Abdul Razaq Dawood, Special Assistants Zulfi Bukhari, Zafarullah Mirza and Nadeem Babar.
