Why is India running away from dialogue with Pakistan?

NEW DELHI - India is giving lame excuses to call off the dialogues, in fact India does not want to be engaged in talks with Pakistan because India is carrying out special operation in Occupied Kashmir and killing freedom fighters.

In such circumstances, any dialogue for peace does not suit Indian agenda and interests. Indian brutal forces are killing innocent civilians in occupied Kashmir to suppress the indigenous freedom movement.

Secondly, Indian politicians mostly win their elections on the basis of anti-Pakistan propaganda, and it seems that Modi government does not want to lose upcoming elections by engaging in positive talks with Pakistan.
