Pakistan foreign minister responds to the Pentagon statement over Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the statement of Pentagon Spokesperson regarding President Donald Trump's tweet about Pakistan clarified that Pentagon is aware of the ground realities.
Talking to a private television channel, he said that Pentagon's spokesperson statement shows that the US acknowledges and realise sacrifices of Pakistan in the fight against terrorism.
He said that Pakistan had incurred a huge loss in terms of finance and economy in this crucial fight against terrorism.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Pakistan's role for a peaceful and stable Afghanistan is highly important.
