IDEAS 2016: 90 Defence delegations from 43 countries participate

The four-day 9th International Defence Exhibition and Seminar-2016 will begin at Expo Centre in Karachi on Tuesday.
The theme for this year's exhibition is “Arms for Peace”. Ninety-delegation from 43 countries will participate in the exhibition and 21 foreigners and 157-countrywide firms will showcase their products in the exhibition.
Giving a media briefing about the exhibition in Karachi on Sunday, Media Director of Defence Export and Promotion Organization Commodore Tahir Javed said that JF-Thunder, K8 Aircraft, Al-Khalid Tank, Fast Attack Craft Missile Boat and other defense products will be showcased in the event and this time nine-hall of expo center are being utilized.
Speaking on this occasion, spokesman of the Organization Brigadier Waheed Mumtaz said high standard products would be displayed in the exhibition.
He said different countries want to take advantages from our experience of counter terrorism.
