Kabul blast: At least 43 dead and wounded

KABUL - Atleast 25 people were killed and 18 wounded in Wednesday's bombing in PD3 in Kabul, reported Tolo News. <link>
However, the casualty toll could rise as emergency personnel are still at the scene.
TOLOnews journalists at the scene say they saw many casualties lying on the ground soon after the explosion, which is believed to have been a car bomb.
The incident happened close to the Ali Abad hospital and Kabul University at about mid-day on Wednesday.
Security forces have closed off the area, TOLOnews journalist Jawid Ziaratjaye reports.
