CJP Saqib Nisar comments on Ayyan Ali appeal case

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Tuesday remarked that there is no restriction on model Ayyan Ali from traveling abroad.
The Chief Justice made the remark while hearing the contempt of court plea filed by Ayyan Ali for not removing her name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The apex judge, hearing the case, remarked that the court had earlier issued its verdict on the petition.
All petitions have become void after the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan,he added.
The chief justice remarked that there was no restriction on Ayyan Ali from traveling outside Pakistan.
He also remarked that the detailed verdict on the petition will be announced soon.
