PM Imran Khan vows export orientated strategy

ISLAMABAD - The meeting of Health Task Force was held in Islamabad today (Friday) with Prime Minister Imran Khan in the chair.
During the meeting, Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Aamir Mehmood Kiani gave a detailed briefing to the Prime Minister about steps taken for bringing betterment in the healthcare facilities in the federal capital.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan emphasized the need for paying special attention to increase country's export potential in the medical sector.
The meeting was also briefed about the measures regarding upgradation of laboratories and research in the country.
Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid briefed the Prime Minister over the progress regarding Medical Teaching Institute Act.
