ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has frozen accounts of Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday.

The high court has halted all development projects until payment to the local. During the hearing, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique the court remarked that an influential person is paid around Rs 2.5 billion within a day while there are no funds for the local.
