Kashmiri People facing worst kind of Indian state terrorism: Aasiya

ISLAMABAD: Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Aasiya Andrabi has said that the people of Kashmir are facing the worst kind of Indian state terrorism.

Aasiya Andrabi in a statement issued in Srinagar said that occupied Kashmir has been converted into a police state where everything was being dictated by the illegal occupational forces, Kashmir Media Service reported.

"Frustrated to see that the resistance movement of Kashmir has now become a mass movement, India and its puppets have now given the complete control to these barbaric forces," she said, adding that in that frustration, the Indian forces killed as many as 10 youth on April 9 when India was conducting its sham election in the territory.

Aasiya Andrabi castigated the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, for expressing fake solidarity with the victims of her tyranny.

The DeM Chairperson further expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Muzaffar Ahmad of Kulgam who succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday. "This boy was from Kulgam but was working in Ganderbal where he was shot by these occupational forces in his chest," she said.

She said that the death toll of persons who were either killed or injured while India was conducting its sham election process in the occupied territory had reached 10 now. "Eight of our children were martyred on April 9 while a woman succumbed next day and now Muzaffar's martyrdom takes the toll to 10," she added. (APP)
