Rana Sanaullah bail petition: Anti Narcotics Court announces the verdict in heroine smuggling case
LAHORE – In the bail bail petition of PML N leader Rana Sanaullah, Anti Narcotics Court has announced the verdict today on Friday in the heroine smuggling case.
The Anti-Narcotics Court in Lahore has rejected bail plea of Member National Assembly (MNA) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab President Rana Sanaullah in heroin smuggling case.
Judge Khalid Bashir conducted the hearing during which the PML-N leader’s counsel argued that FIR was lodged against his client after a delay of three hours following the arrest. He stressed that Rana Sanaullah has been detained in a fake case owing to political revenge.
ANF lawyer Rana Kashif said all legal requirements were fulfilled in lodging the FIR, and it is wrong to claim that there was any delay in its registration.
