NEW DELHI - In an unprecedented initiative, Pakistani lawyers have moved Indian Supreme Court against Prime Minister Narendra Modi over Occupied Kashmir lockdown.
Pakistani lawyers on Friday have moved Indian Supreme Court (SC) against Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi’s continuous atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
According to details, the Pakistani lawyers have adopted the stance that the Indian government has continued its curfew in Kashmir despite the court’s orders which is a violation.
The petition also requested the court to annul the Indian move of abrogating Article 370 that gave special status to the occupied valley and also urged to take suo moto notice of the matter.
