Pakistan - Tajikistan to enhance defence and security ties

ISLAMABAD - The Ambassador of Tajikestan Sherali Jononov called on National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Matters pertaining to promotion of bilateral relations, defence cooperation and overall regional security situation came under discussion during the meeting.
The Ambassador said Tajikistan is keen to further strengthen bilateral ties by extending cooperation in defence, security, energy and trade sectors and regional connectivity.
National Security Advisor, on the occasion, said Pakistan and Tajikistan have immense potential to expand the spectrum of bilateral relations.
