UNICEF expresses concern over plight of Rohingya Muslim refugees' children

About one in five children are "acutely malnourished and many of them have suffered tremendous loss".

The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund has expressed grave concern over plight of Rohingya Muslim refugees' children in Bangladesh.

 

The Executive Director of UNICEF Anthony Lake said in a statement in Geneva that about one in five children in the area are "acutely malnourished and many of them have suffered tremendous loss".
