Blast reported in a Central Ammunition Depot in India
MAHARASHTRA - A blast has been reported at the Central Ammunition Depot (CAD) in India.
Blast occured in the Sonegaon Aabaaji village 18 km away from Maharashtra’s Wardha early Tuesday morning.
Six people have been declared dead. Three are critically injured, *India Today* link reported.
It is reported that the blast occurred while unloading ammunition of 23mm at the demolition ground at the CAD, Pulgaon.
The demolition ground was given to Ordnance Factory, Khamaria for their demolition activities. The blast occurred during the disposal process.
Three people were declared dead at the spot. The injured were rushed to the nearest hospital.
