Nawaz Sharif postpones London visit
LAHORE – Nawaz Sharif has deferred his decision to fly to London to ramp up public campaign as he has accepted invitation of Mehmood Khan Achakzai to address a rally of workers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in Quetta.
The decision has come in after Nawaz Sharif addressed a rally in Abbottabad.
Invitation to address the rally was extended to the ousted premier by chief of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) Mehmood Khan Achakzai.
Reportedly, directives have been issued to the local PML-N appointees to arrange for his arrival and address.
Nawaz Sharif and his family returned to Mayfair residence days after he was disqualified as the premier of Pakistan on July 28 this year.
