HARRARE - It has been records galore at Queens Sports Park at Bulawayo today as Pakistani openers made a world record for opening partnership. If that wasn’t enough, Fakhar Zaman galloped to the first ever double century for Pakistan in ODIs. However Pakistan team made history after scoring highest ever record total of 399.
Racing past the record individual score by Saeed Anwar (194 against India), Fakhar Zaman brought up his 200 in style off 148 balls.
Batting first after winning the toss, openers added a record-breaking 304-run partnership as Imam ul Haq departed after scoring his 3rd ODI hundred.

The left-handed opener reached the milestone in 148 balls. The quickest to reach 200 runs is the West Indian aggressive opener Chris Gayle who did it in 138 balls against Zimbabwe in 2015.
Fakhar Zaman carried the bat with 210* as Pakistan smashed its highest ever ODI score of 399-1.
