Joint opposition takes important decisions on anti government strategy

ISLAMABAD (APP): The joint opposition on Tuesday failed to evolve any consensus over holding protest demonstrations against the issue of Panama leaks probe.
A meeting of joint opposition held here turned down the suggestion of taking to streets in protest against the government to delay finalizing the ToRs of Panama Papers probe.
They decided to avoid holding any further talks with the government on the terms of reference (ToRs) of Panama leaks probe.
Opposition parties discussed prospects of Panama leaks investigations. The joint opposition decided to table a bill in the Parliament, which will be named as Corruption Bill.
Talking to media persons, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Panama papers investigative bill would be presented before the Parliament.
Opposition would have no option but to go to people's court if government is created hurdles in the way of panama probe.
Aitzaz Ahsan said Panama papers bill would be presented in current session of the Senate.
