11 militants killed in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, eleven militants have been killed in the government forces robust operations against Islamic State militants in the eastern Nangarhar province.
Defense Ministry said in a statement in Kabul today, the government forces aircraft pounded IS hideouts in Achin district also injured several militants besides destroying their weapon caches and trenches. (APP)
