Schedule announced for by-poll on seat vacated by Tareen

ISLAMABAD: After the disqualification of Jahangir Tareen by the Supreme Court, the Election Commission of Pakistan has announced a schedule for the by-poll on the vacated seat.
The polling will be held on February 12. The nomination papers will be filed from December 25 to 28. The scrutiny of the papers will be held on January 5.
The candidates can withdraw their nominations until January 17.
