Zulfi Bukhari name on ECL: Hearing held in IHC

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has submitted the reply in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in a case pertaining to Zulfi Bukhari’s name on Exit Control List (ECL).
A divisional bench of the IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani of the IHC heard the petition.
The bench had sought reply from the Ministry of Interior in the plea of Advisor to Prime Minister Syed Zulfi Bukhari for removal of his name from ECL. The Deputy Attorney General Raja Khalid Mehmood informed the court that details would be submitted before the next hearing.
The court was adjourned and the next date of hearing was fixed as November 27.
