*ISLAMABAD - Pakistan former captain Shahid Afridi has responded over Pakistan defeat at the hands of New Zealand.*
*Afridi praised New Zealand, after the visitors grabbed a thrilling four run win over Pakistan in the first Test match at Abu Dhabi, on Monday.*
Afridi was however, hopeful that his side would ‘bounce back’ in the coming matches.
“Great game of cricket. Test match cricket is a fascinating format. Congratulations New Zealand on a remarkable win! Well fought Pakistan, InshaAllah the team will bounce back from here,” said Afridi in a post on social media.
“Well done Hassan Ali and Yasir Shah, great bowling!” he added.
